The Chatwood Gardens is an acclaimed garden located in Hillsborough, North Carolina. It is best known for its excellent collection of heritage roses, woodland, formal parterre herb garden, perennial borders, and heritage kitchen garden.

Tracing its history back to the late 18th century, the Chatwood Gardens also share a great deal of history. Folks can also find a restored Quaker farmhouse on the site that was also used once as a tavern in the 1790s, although, it is not open for public access.

The Chatwood Gardens, with its one acre worth of land area, is filled of excellent species and varieties of plants and flora. Anyone interested in visiting it could set up an appointment with the management for $10 per person.
