Hart Square is a historic complex in Hickory, North Carolina. It is composed of 200 acres worth of space filled with original historic log buildings that date back to the 18th century, allowing visitors to catch a glimpse of the early life in the Catawba County.

The Hart Square was created by Dr. Robert Hart. He collected and restored the historic buildings and recreated a small village that was named after him. The site is composed of seventy log structures, complete with barns, shops, and chapels just to name a few. All of which are also furnished, giving the place an authentic feel to it.

Folks can visit the Hart Square annually on a specific schedule, normally around the month of October. Tickets are sold early and are limited, so if you?re interested, check with the management in advance.
