The Hayes Performing Arts Center is a performance venue in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. It was established by the Blowing Rock Community Arts Center Foundation, Inc. who was formed in order to promote the advancement of the humanities and cultural arts in the area.

Also formally known as the Mariam & Robert Hayes Performing Arts Center, the Hayes Performing Arts Center is designed to make high quality arts programming accessible to the area’s population. It is currently home to several arts groups in the locale.

Featuring a 348-seater theatre and two reception rooms, the Hayes Performing Arts Center brings home a large number of live performances and entertainment. It also stages a number of local acts, starred by many local performing groups and organizations.
