The Hayti Heritage Center is a multi -purpose facility in Durham, North Carolina. It is the home to the St. Joseph’s Historic Foundation’s administrative offices.

The Hayti Heritage Center is best known for being a site where Black heritage is largely celebrated, conserved, and preserved. To better share the knowledge they have of the African American history, they have the Lyda Moore Merrick Gallery that displays art works and artifacts among other things. The venue also has a dance studio and a community meeting space that is also available for event rentals.

Formerly known as the St. Joseph’s AME Church, the Hayti Heritage Center also has its own share of history. It is designated as a National Historic Landmark and hosts a good deal of events and celebrations all year round.
