The Historic Yates Mill County Park is a historic site in Raleigh, North Carolina. It features the historic Yates Mill as its centerpiece.

The Yates Mill is a 1756 gristmill, recently restored by the Yates Mill Associates Inc. It is one of the oldest buildings in Wake County and the region?s last remaining functioning gristmill. Ever since its completion about two centuries ago, it has already produced corn, wheat, lumber, and even carded wool. It was originally owned and built by Samuel Pearson, a Land Proprietor in the NC colony.

Today, the Historic Yates Mill County Park is open to the public. It is also used by the North Carolina State University for a natural history research. It is open year round and weeklong from 8 am until sundown.
