The Horne Creek Farm is a historical farm located in Pinnacle, North Carolina. It is a North Carolina State Historic Site.

Also known as the Horne Creek Living Historical Farm, the Horne Creek Farm shows the rural, farming life during the turn of the century. It features the historic Hauser family farm, a 19th century farmstead reconstructed to be a state historic site. It has several restored historic structures including the original farm house, a corn crib, and a tobacco curing barn. They also have a heritage apple orchard and a livestock barn where animals that were bred around the early 1900s are being raised.

When visiting the Horne Creek Farm, folks will be welcomed by costumed folks who will show them the activities that can be enjoyed on the site.
