The John Murray House is a historic home located inside and as a part of the Murray Mill Historic District. It was built in 1912 by John Murray, the owner and builder of the historic Murray?s Mill.

The John Murray House is open today to the public as a part of the historic complex. It presents the home as if it was still used as a residence back in the early days of the 1900s. It features period furnishing, with some furniture pieces locally made by the Harold Carpenter Estate. They also have other notable items like the Punch-Seitz suite in the everyday parlor and the tufted leather suite from the Lowrance family in the Sunday parlor. An exhibit is also available in the basement.
