The Kings Mountain Historical Museum is a local history museum in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. It features the story and past of the Kings Mountain area.

Established in 1986, the Kings Mountain Historical Museum was founded through the pushing of some locals like Mrs. Hazel Fryer with the assistance of former mayor John Henry Moss. It features a wide range of different historic items and objects that tell of the area’s history. On display are vintage clothing from the 1860s, World War memorabilia, old documents and photos, and even textiles.

There are also annual displays and exhibits about various topics.
Housed in the old Post Office building, the Kings Mountain Museum is open year round on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
