The Latimer House Museum and Gardens is a historic house museum and garden venue in Wilmington, North Carolina. It features the 1852 home of Zebulon Latimer, a local merchant.

The Latimer House Museum and Gardens was established in the 1960s after the Historical Society took up the space and used the structure as their main home and headquarters. They restored the house and opened it to the public, all 14 rooms filled with more than 600 historic items, objects, and artifacts like furniture, jewelry, tableware, tools, and ephemera among other things. The Italianate style house now stands as a way for visitors to see how the affluent lived back in the early days.

The Latimer House Museum and Gardens is also home to a period garden. They also sponsor the annual Secret Garden Tour where private gardens inside the historic Wilmington area are opened to the public.
