The Maynard-Pearson House is a historic home in Apex, North Carolina. It is one of the oldest houses in town.

Built in the 1870s for Mr. James Jackson Maynard and Civil D. Pearson Maynard, the Maynard-Pearson House is an excellent example of a 19th century property in a Southern town. It stayed in the family until 1994, when the property was sold to MJK Development. Due to concerns about its condition, the Apex Historical Society managed to step in and exert the efforts towards its restoration. Eventually, the house was deeded to the organization.

Today, the Maynard-Pearson House serves as the home of the Apex Historical Society. It also functions as a local history museum with bountiful displays about rural life in the past.
