Also located in the Murray Mill Historic District is the Murray & Minges General Store. The site features the century old general store once owned and run by the Murray family.

The Murray & Minges General Store is now a museum-like site, presenting the traditional country store of the time past. It was originally known as the ?mercantile department of OD Murray and Company?, as the family has other businesses in the area.

At the Murray & Minges General Store, folks can experience the old kind of shopping experience. On display are antique refrigerators, old fashioned wooden toys, folk toys, and candies that were in fashion years and years ago. It is housed in an 1890 building that has always served as a country store.
