The Old Martin County Courthouse is a historic public building in Williamston, North Carolina. It is noted for being one of the 27 oldest courthouses in the state. It is also one of the few that were built on the second half of the 1800s.

The Old Martin County Courthouse features a mix of Italianate, Medieval, and Victorian elements. It also has a castle-like fa?ade, making it all the more attractive. It was used until 1983.

The Old Martin County Courthouse is now in the process of being transformed into a regional cultural center. Plans for it to become the home of several items that will showcase and interpret local history through artifacts, native art works, and crafts are underway.
