The Page-Walker Arts & History Center is a historic house museum in Cary, North Carolina. It is built in 1868 by the founder of the town of Cary, Allison Francis Page.

The Page-Walker Arts & History Center features the former Page-Walker Hotel, a historic structure in the area. It was established as a commercial establishment by JR Walker and operated as such from 1868 to 1916. Passengers of the Southern and Seaboard Air Line railroads usually used the hotel back in the days.

From 1916 to 1980, it was used as a boarding house and private residence.
The Page-Walker Arts & History Center is composed of a series of historic structures. One of the most notable is the Cary Heritage Museum.
