The Pantego Academy Historical Museum is a local history museum in Pantego, North Carolina. It features the historic Pantego Academy also known as the Ye Olde Academy of Pantego as its focal point.

The Pantego Academy Historical Museum is housed in a historic building that has always been an educational institution for at least 136 years now. It began as the Pantego Male & Female Academy and then as the Pantego High School in the early 1900s. It also served as an elementary school.

The site was turned into the Pantego Academy Historical Museum in 2005 when the building was threatened for demolition. It features Pantego High School memorabilia and other historical items and objects related to the Pantego area.
