The Piedmont Environmental Center is an environmental preserve in High Point, North Carolina. It is a facility designed to educate and inform the public about the environment.

The Piedmont Environmental Center is named after Rebecca Rhodes Smothers. It was founded in 1972 as a division of the High Point Parks and Recreation with the help of concerned citizens. It offers 376 acres of accessible natural areas.
The Piedmont Environmental Center is best known for its hiking trails. In total, it features 11 miles of such, designed to cater to various demands and capacities. However, aside from this, there are tons of other attractions in the site as well as things to do.

The Piedmont Environmental center is open on weekdays on regular business hours, although the trails are open all week long.
