The Railroad House is a local history museum in Sanford, North Carolina. It features the former railroad depot and schoolhouse that is one of the oldest structures in the area.

Also commonly known as the Railroad House Historical Museum, the Railroad House features the 1872 structure built to serve as a residence for the first depot agent of the Raleigh and Augusta Airline Railroad. It features displays that tell visitors of the rich history of the area, dating back from 1874 to the present. Also on display is the Old Steam Locomotive #12 aside from the pictures, historical items, and documents.

Operated by the Railroad House Historical Association, the Railroad House is open on weekends from 1 pm to 4 pm. Tours can also be arranged on other days by scheduling an appointment in advance.
