The Textile Heritage Museum is a local history museum in Glencoe, North Carolina. It features the colorful past and heritage of the Glencoe Cotton Mill and its mill village.

The Glencoe Cotton Mill was established around the early 1880s by William and James Holt, sons of the founder of the first successful mill that produced colored cotton plaid fabric located south of the Mason Dixon Line, the Alemance Factory. The Textile Heritage Museum is housed in the 1880 Office Building and Company Store of the mill. It features displays that tell of the history and machinery of the textile industry from its early days in the state to the present. It is also located nearby the Glencoe Mill Village, the associated settlement area of the said mill.
