The Ultzman-Chambers House Museum is a historic house museum in Salisbury, North Carolina. It was built n 1819 and reflects the life of the affluent families back in the early 1800s.
The Ultzman-Chambers House Museum traces its roots back to Jacob Stirewalt, a master builder of the period. He built this structure in the Federal style of architecture, making it one of the few of its sort in piedmont North Carolina. It features rooms furnished with period furniture made mostly by Rowan County craftsmen.
The Ultzman-Chambers House Museum is open on April through November every Saturday, from 1 to 4 in the afternoon. It is operated and run by the Rowan Museum alongside with the Old Stone House, another historic home museum.
