The Dale and Martha Hawk Museum is an 800-acre of farm and flatlands with a good number of old buildings relocated to the site. It is basically a little village that commemorates the history of North Dakota?s farming industry through the collection of various items that are from the early 1900s.

The original owners of the Dale and Martha Hawk Museum are Dale and Martha Hawk. They are a farming couple that has been in the area from the 1930s. Dale Hawk was mostly a collector who had the grand idea of procuring everything that has significant historical value.

Today, the Dale and Martha Hawk Museum is run by volunteers. It is also privately owned, without any financial subsidy from the government.
