With majority of the parts of the southern part of Ohio remaining untouched by its most ancient glaciers, the land of Brush Creek State Forest remains all too jagged which makes it ideal too to be used by the rolling farmlands. It renders a very dramatic option to the usual flat land that makes up the entirety of Ohio. All the passionate hikers and the rest of the backpackers can walk around the area that measures about 12,000 acres and so. It lies within the boundaries of the state?s forest.

Visitors of the said state park and forest would enjoy being in touch with mother nature in this scenery. It is filled with abundant vegetation and a lot of gathered mushrooms, berries and natural nuts. You can also take the time to picnic out with the family if you would bring along tents too if you decide to stay a bit much longer. It will give you a very relaxing feel of being one with nature and learning more about how the state first looked like in the past.
