The Campus Martius Museum occupies three floors featuring its historical exhibits that focus on the Northern Territory and Marietta, its first settlement. It is actually located on this first organized American settlement. The Museum provides knowledge and understanding on the area’s first settlers, history, culture, and their lifestyle.

The Museum’s main exhibit is the Paradise Found: Migration in the Ohio Valley, 1850-1970. The exhibit takes a look into the entire history of the people in the Ohio Valley. It also includes the migrations of rural settlers to the cities that later followed.

The Museum also offers temporary exhibits that cover the history of Ohio. It is open from throughout the week except on Tuesdays. Admission fee is $7 for adults and $4 for seniors and children.
