Cincinnati Fire Museum presents a lineup of memorabilia items to bring firefighting to life as their vision, highlighting the contributions of Cincinnati to the profession of firefighting. Located at Cincinnati, Ohio, Cincinnati Fire Museum aims to share the history as well as celebrate the record of firefighting in the area. While achieving this, the museum is also able to provide an educational experience about fire safety.

Touring the firehouse in the museum provides a unique glimpse of what it is to have fire safety. It is open to schools, adult groups, day camps, senior groups among many others. They can be a group of 10 or even more. The tours can either be with a trained museum guide or it could be a self-guided tour. These tours are usually available at 10 in the morning and at 1 in the afternoon. Upon request, other tour schedules can also be done.

Cincinnati Fire Museum features the major part of firefighting history which shares to the public that the country's first professionally paid fire department created to law was in Cincinnati in 1853. Other cities in the United States of America then patterned their organizational plan from the one in Cincinnati. In the museum, an artifact collection can also be viewed which includes a fire bucket since 1850. A fire-alarm drum which dates back between 1808 and 1824 along with an Ahrens-Fox Steam Pumper (1884) are also displayed. The museum also gives fire-safety tips and fire-safety quiz to make sure that tourists learn a lot.

The museum holds events that celebrate firefighting community. Among the events they hold, the most popular is the Fire Fest that happens every September. One of the beneficiaries of the funds raised from the activities during this event is the museum. When people become members of the museum, they can also help benefit the museum.
