The Ohio River Museum is located inside Campus Martius. It is a popular place for learning especially when it is about the unfolding of the history of the Ohio River. The entire museum gives a clear perspective at the natural past of the river particularly discussing the old steamboats that used to be operated right along the great river. A lot of other topics are also featured in the museum such as mussel industry and the boat building industry.
Once you visit the Ohio River museum, you can also take a tour down the W.P. Snyder Jr. steamboat which serves to be the only remaining ancient steamboat of its kind in the entire country of the Unites States of America.
