Cowboys, who wouldn?t be fascinated with them? Even when we were young, the image of a man wearing a hat and riding a horse evokes a sense of coolness from us. But would that same coolness still hold when you visit the Cowboy Cemetery in Oklahoma?

Probably not, but this Oklahoma cemetery is still going to be an interesting place to visit. The marker at the site is dedicated to the memories of Fred Clark and Reuben Bristow, two cowhands working on a ranch nearby as cowhands. Both Clark and Bristow were killed in a raid by the Cheyenne Indians in their town. The two men were buried by their friends in the spot and were given a simple marker which still stands today.
