The Festival of Arts in Downtown, Oklahoma is always a major tourist attraction. The long stroll of art displays run from Walker Avenue to Robinson, and from Reno North to Sheridan, with various art side events going on. The main showcase and exhibitions take place in four major sites such as Stage Center, Myriad Botanical Garden, Festival Plaza, and Hudson Avenue. The typical festival time is from 11:00 AM to 9:00 pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays while on Sundays, the festival opens only from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

During the Festival of Arts, the Hudson Avenue between Reno and Sheridan is closed. People can take the Downtown from the east and the Classen exit from the west. There are parking spaces located all over the Downtown where local and foreign tourists can park their vehicles while taking a stroll along the streets of festival. There are also available public amenities within the vicinity like comfort room, ATM, trolley service, and police stations as well as first aid station. Pets are not allowed in the festival for the general safety of the people within the vicinity.

There is a diverse showcasing of visual and performing arts during the weeklong celebration of the Festival of Arts. Local and foreign artists poured in to the area to share their talents and masterpieces which never fail to amuse people. There are also interactive art exhibits for children and art educations for the locals of Oklahoma. This festival promotes the bringing together and oneness of everyone in Oklahoma and even people from different countries.

The Festival of Arts not only showcases various art pieces but also offers a wide array of sumptuous food and refreshment stalls in the vicinity.
