The Firehouse Art Center has various visual arts exhibits along with events that are meant to educate everyone. It was started in 1971 and organized by the artists from the locality and has even expanded into a bigger community as it evolved to be a center this present day. It is now filled with classrooms along with the exhibits gallery and the gift shop for souvenirs.

The place is constantly the venue for summer art classes and other artistic programs meant for kids and adults alike. It is a nonprofit group that has been serving the city and its surrounding neighborhoods the highest quality of art forms to further educate its visitors and members. It is where you can see not just paintings but also photography, stained glass art and a lot more.
