The Cape Arago State Park is a state park and recreation area in Coos Bay, Oregon. It is located at the very end of the road out of Coos Bay, known as the Cape Arago Highway.

The Cape Arago State Park is noted for a lot of things. It is historically relevant as it is believed to be the very spot where the famous English explorer, Sir Francis Drake, landed in 1579. It is also a great place to view marine mammals, including California sea lions, harbor seals, elephant seals, gray whales, and elephant seals.

A scenic headland that juts to the Pacific Ocean, the Cape Arago State Park offers a good amount of recreational opportunities including picnicking, fishing, beachcombing, hiking, and bird watching.
