The Crater Lake Lodge is an inn that is located in southern Oregon. It was built in 1915 by private developers to gain business from and provide overnight accommodations for the visitors of the Crater Lake National Park. It is located on the rim right above the Crater Lake, providing a spectacular view of the scenic surroundings.

Despite lacking the necessary amenities to provide utmost comfort to its visitors, people flocked to the Crater Lake Lodge upon its opening in 1915. Sadly, it was poorly invested on and could not afford to improve its surroundings, so the National Park Service had to step in and help develop the area to prevent the deterioration that the crowds the lodge attracts.

In 1967, the NPS finally acquired the Crater Lake Lodge. It was then listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
