Also known as the Rotary Skate Park, the Hood River Concrete Park was a project taken up by the city of Hood River, Oregon in 1996. They teamed up with the Hood River Rotary and other civic groups as well as the Dreamland Skateparks to build a safe environment where youngsters can practice the sport. It was a true community effort, as it was designed with the help of the locals based on various considerations.

Currently, the Hood River Concrete Park has a mini bowl, a street course with a fun box, a couple of side ramps, a dragon tail ledge, a 12-foot vert ramp, and a 4 foot quarter pipe.

The site is open year long for free and bikes and scooters are also allowed to use the venue.
