Also known as the Kam Wah Chung Company Building, the Kam Wah Chung & Co. Museum is a historic site in John Day, Oregon. It is significant for its role in preserving the Chinese culture of the first Chinese immigrants in Oregon.

The Kam Wah Chung & Co. Museum was initially built as a trading post in the area in 1876. Soon, it became the Chinese community?s center in the city. It was originally owned and run by the married couple, Hay and Lung On, who were immigrants from Guangdong, China.

The Kam Wah Chung & Co. was acquired by the city of John Day in 1952 when it was deeded to the city by Ing Hay upon his death. It was developed into a park in the late 1960s after the city restored the site to its 1940s state and look.
