Another roofed bridge crossing the Crabtree Creek is the Larwood Bridge. It was built in 1939 next to the Larwood Wayside Park.

The Larwood Bridge is located in a very interesting area. It belongs in an area that is considered as a geographical oddity because it is placed nearby the spot where the Roaring River empties to Crabtree Creek. There is no other river that flows to a creek in the whole United States, making the site unique and notable in itself.

The Larwood Bridge used to stand just meters away from another covered bridge in the area. However, the others were destroyed or demolished, and this one remains. It also serves as a landmark for the nearby park that is commonly frequented by swimmers and fishermen.
