Opened in 1925, the Lithia Springs Hotel is currently known as the Ashland Springs Hotel. It is said to be one of the most distinguishable landmarks in Southern Oregon and probably the most recognizable in Ashland.

The Lithia Springs Hotel has served many travelers and visitors over the past decades. It has been providing comfort and commercial entertainment to travelers. It was also the tallest building between San Francisco and Portland for quite a long time with its nine stories.

Of course, the Lithia Springs Hotel also had its hard times. Luckily, it always finds new owners to save it from total dilapidation. Its current owners acquired the property in 1998 and restored it to its original grandeur, allowing people today to enjoy continuously its magnificence.
