The O?Kane Building is a historic structure in the city of Bend, Oregon. It was built by Hugh O?Kane, who was an Ireland native. He moved to New York as a young boy and then to Oregon later on.

The O?Kane Building has a lot of historic value under its roof. It was the first building in the city to use reinforced concrete for primary material. It also housed the first county court of the Deschutes County after it separated from Crook County.

Still serving its purpose as a commercial building, this historic structure is still the biggest commercial architecture in the Bend business area. Add this to the other roles it played in the community, it wouldn?t be really surprising that it was added on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
