The Sarah Helmick State Recreation Site is a state park and recreation area in Monmouth, Oregon. It sits on the floodplain of the Luckiamute River.

Named after Sarah Helmick, a pioneer who donated most of the land that is the park today, the land of the Sarah Helmick State Recreation Site was actually the first property acquired by the State Highway Commission for a park. It started with 5.16 acres, which was initially donated by Helmick, and grew in time.

The Sarah Helmick State Recreation Site is currently a day use park. It used to allow camping among its premises, but that was discontinued due to some issues. Other activities at the park include wildlife viewing, bird watching, fishing, picnicking, and nature study.
