The W. B. Nelson State Recreation Site is a state park and recreation area in Waldport, Oregon. It is best known for its wildlife viewing opportunities.

The W. B. Nelson State Recreation Site provides access to two bodies of water, the Alsea River, and the Eckman Lake. The latter is mostly used for freshwater fishing and swimming, providing a good amount of recreational opportunities to park visitors. It is usually stocked with trout and bass among other fishes and hosts an annual free fishing day every May.

Aside from the ones mentioned above, the W. B. Nelson State Recreation Site is also a great place for bird watching. The site is frequented by a large amount of waterfowl, thanks to its location and natural features.
