Just like other cities where the locals celebrate their local crop, the Pocono Garlic Festival is the town?s way of celebrating locally grown garlic while attracting thousands of people from everywhere else. It primarily features food made by local restaurants, cooks, and chefs that uses and highlights garlic as their main ingredient.

The Pocono Garlic Festival is commonly held around the first weekend of September. Through its more than a decade and a half of inception, it has already become one of the top events to be in during the Memorial Day weekend.

Aside from the food, tons of other things can also be enjoyed at the Pocono Garlic Festival. There are loads of demonstrations, live music, art pieces, crafts, and activities for kids on site, so the whole family can surely find something to enjoy.
