The Susquehanna Art Museum began way back 1989 and is fully dedicated to preserving and featuring various contemporary art works done by many American painters. It is also the place where you can find lots of sculptures and photography. It has stood out as the most dedicated art museum in the place of Harrisburg.

It is where one can find the Doshi Gallery that is run by a circle of artists that has the intention of highlighting fresh work of new and emerging artists in the land. It is also the community art work project called VanGo! Museum on Wheels which carry out original artwork pieces of the locals. They continue to expand and make better of their facilities to accommodate more.
