The General Nathanael Greene Homestead is a National Historic Landmark in Coventry, Rhode Island. The site is historically significant for its close relationship with the American Revolutionary War general, Nathanael Greene, who was notable for climbing the ranks during the span of the said war and being dubbed as George Washington’s most gifted and reliable officer.

The General Nathanael Greene Homestead features Greene’s two-story clapboard home that he has designed and built on his own. He lived on the property, also known a Spell Hall, from 1770 to 1776. It was then passed on to his brother, Jacob Greene, and his wife.

From 1924 up until today, the General Nathanael Greene Homestead is known as the General Nathanael Greene Museum. It is owned and operated by the General Nathanael Greene Homestead Association.
