It is best known for its contribution in the development of the city?s commercial industry as it did allow folks to get to the area.

It was built in the American Craftsman design and is accented with various other elements, defining its aesthetic value even more. It also features wide overhanging eaves, proven useful in providing shelter to passengers from the inclement weather.

The Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Depot may have been produced through forceful means (after the city filed a lawsuit against the company), but it still managed to be a beautiful output in the end.
