The Chaplin Community Park is the largest park in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It is also deemed as the nicest of all the parks in town, especially since there’s always something that the whole family can do here to have fun or just pleasantly pass the time.

Home to the only official dog park known as the Best Friend’s Dog Park, the Chaplin Community Park offers tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a beach access point, a playground, picnic shelters and tables, and restrooms with showers. Parking is also available nearby.

The Chaplin Community Park is also nearby other beaches. This is an excellent convenience, because the park’s access point it to the Burke’s Beach isn’t wheelchair accessible, so having alternative options can also work in favor to those who need it.
