Consecrated in 1854, the Christ Church in Greenville, South Carolina is the oldest church building that is still operating in the city of Greenville. It also houses the oldest organized religious area in the locale, which is the Episcopal congregation that uses the venue as their regular worship place.

The Christ Church traces its history back to March 1820 when the St. James Mission was founded in Greenville by Rev. Rodolphus Dickerson. The first Christ Church Parish was completed in 1826 in the form of a brick building. In 1845, the parish decided to replace the old church with a new one. This marked the start of the construction of the current building.

Today, the Christ Church is still being used by the Episcopal parish that founded it. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places alongside its churchyard.
