The City Art Gallery was established by Randy Hanna, Heather Noe, and Wendyth – a trio of partners who offer a combined seventy-five years of experience working in the art scene.

In 2009, the City Art Gallery was selected as the Best of Columbia by local magazine Columbia Metropolitan. It was also featured in the Best of Columbia by Free Times. An award winning gallery, the City Art Gallery is also a popular place to hold weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Moreover, the gallery is proud to offer the state’s most expansive and finest collection of art supplies as well as operating a full-service framing business. The framing services offered by the City Art Gallery had been used to work on many renowned projects such as Lincoln Center’s James Brown memorabilia and framed photos of former US presidents for the film Nailed.
