The Coastal Discovery Museum can be seen on Hilton Head Island and features a great combination of outdoor and indoor exhibits. It also houses numerous activity centers which are called as History Timeline Exhibit and the Sea Island Classroom. It offers a total of 11 cruises and tours to help you get around the island.

This museum was built in 1985 carrying out a mission to educate the public about the place’s natural history and explore its rich history and culture. It is a great tool to educate especially the younger generations about the history of the island in a more interactive and interesting way.
