The Heriot-Moise House is another historic plantation in Sumter, South Carolina. It is also known as Ingleside.

The Heriot-Moise House is best noted for its architecture. It is described as an excellent illustration of the evolving architectural forms and styles from the late 18th to the 20th century. Unlike other houses that tend to lose its integrity through alterations, the Heriot-Moise House was made even special by these changes, as the renovations proved to show how the different owners designed the house to better suit their needs.

Built in 1850, but traces its history back to the late 1700s, the Heriot-Moise House is also an excellent example of an undamaged 19th and 20th century farm complex. It was listed on the National Register and declared as a US Historic District.
