The J. Warren Smith House is a historic home in Liberty, South Carolina. It was completed in 1927 and served as the home of J. Warren Smith, the founder of the Liberty Light & Power. When the unfortunate event of having to sell the company came, he still worked in the industry as an employee of the Duke Power who bought Smith?s venture.

Also known as the Maggie Manor, the J. Warren Smith House was also used as a boarding house for teachers and other tenants. The name was taken after Smith?s wife, Mattie Smith. In 1941 when the family moved to Greenville, they sold the house and it was used as the Myrtle Inn.

The J. Warren Smith House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
