Joseph Johnson House was built in the 1850s by Dr. Joseph Johnson. Sadly, its construction was caught by the outbreak of the Civil War, leading to it being unfinished for a long time. Luckily, Dr. Johnson managed to get reacquire the beautiful home after the war. The home stayed with the Johnson lineage until 1981.
