The Nathaniel Russell House is a historic house in Charleston, South Carolina. It was built in 1809 for Nathaniel Russell, a wealthy Rhode Island merchant.

Known widely as one of the most important Neoclassical houses in the United States, the Nathaniel Russell House is a very historically significant building mostly due to its architecture. Inside, it boasts of three vital geometric features that include the center oval room, square room located at the rear, and a front rectangular room.

The Nathaniel Russell House is currently operated as a museum by the Historic Charleston Foundation after being donated to the organization by the Pelzer family in 1955. The house also houses the foundation?s offices, but it is also open for tours.
