The Old Stone Church and Cemetery is a historic site in Clemson, South Carolina. The Old Stone Church was built in 1802, as a replacement to the older church built by the Hopewell Presbyterian Church in 1790. The first structure burned down, so the locals needed another one to be the place for their worship activities.

The Old Stone Church and Cemetery stands in a lot donated by John Miller, the publisher and owner of the Pendleton Messenger. He acquired the 640 acres of land from the Treaty of Hopewell, 16.9 acres of which were deeded to the Trustees of Hopewell Church.

When a new building was built in 1824, the Old Stone Church building was only used occasionally. It is still standing on its original location, though.
