The St. Peter?s Roman Catholic Church is a historic church in Columbia, South Carolina. It is used by the oldest Catholic parish in the city, serving as the second worship place for it. It is deemed as one of the most important Catholic churches in the state, and considered as the ?mother church? of several congregations in the region.

in 1908, the current St. Peter?s Roman Catholic Church is a replacement to the older one built in 1824. The older building was designed by the highly esteemed Robert Mills. The current one is designed by Frank Pierce Milburn.
Designed in a Gothic Revival style using dark red bricks, the St. Peter?s Roman Catholic Church is also noted for its excellent architecture.
