The Waccamaw River Warehouse Historic District is a historically significant area in the city of Conway, South Carolina. It was built in 1880 t0 serve as a tobacco warehouse and a steamer terminal. It is composed of three buildings dating back to the late 1800s to early 1900s and is considered to be a part of the Conway Downtown Historic District.

The Waccamaw River Warehouse Historic District is notable for being an excellent example of the evolution of utilitarian facilities at the turn of the century. The structures clearly document the shift from the heavy timber braced-frame to the smaller member balloon framing with additional bracing.

Being the last surviving warehouses that were used from the time when the Waccamaw River still holds commercial trading, the Waccamaw River Warehouse Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
